First time coming here, very quick/ friendly service. Such a nice place to visit! Only tried out the iced mocha which was very nice.

Being a regular helps one understand when the quality of the food decreases. Unfortunately, I have to report that the Blueberry Smoothie, a regular order of mine, was way below par today. The food service attendant tried to convince me that a small serving actually held the regular quantity. Her excuse for serving in a small take away cup was that they had run out of the regularly used bigger cups. However, I was charged the same, approximately AUD11 for each serving. Very disappointing!! Another cafe of my list.

The Gypsea Collective is a raw gem! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and at home. The yoga and Pilates classes are supportive, inclusive, and a wonderful way to connect with others while taking care of your body and mind. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and nutritious, and the Longshot coffee is consistently amazing—rich, smooth, and made with care. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the owner is truly lovely—warm, approachable, and genuinely welcoming to everyone who visits. Her passion and care shine through in every part of the café and studio. It’s more than just a café and studio—it’s a true community hub that nourishes, uplifts, and connects people. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This place is a hidden oasis amongst the hustle and bustle. Truly a relaxing experience with outdoorsy, tropical vibes and easy going music. The staff were very accommodating and chill offering advice on personal menu selection. The Avo & BB crumpet was a taste of Australia with a different take on a Vegemite on toast. Don't be fooled by its simplicity, this dish is amazing. Most importantly the coffee is fantastic. Perfectly textured milk and precisely extracted beans meant for a very pleasant experience. I will be sure to visit again.

If you are looking for a deliciously convenient and relaxed spot to meet a group of friends or some sneaky time to yourself, add this treasure to your list! Beautiful owner and staff, with warm greetings, hot and cold drinks, plus yummy snacks. Plenty of easy parking, wheelchair access, and lovely play items for the smaller children to be occupied while you enjoy the nectar of the Gods!
