I found this place on the Happy Cow app. Inside a food court (or arcade) there is this amazing vegan gem! Snoogies has 2 sides: a specialty drink station and a hot foods and salad station. Their card reader was broken so I got cash across the street from the Commonwealth Bank and that was perfect and easy to do. I wanted to try a bit of everything so I got a lot of food. I got a mix of all the salads and a rice ball. Both were super fresh and very tasty. I also got a cup of soup and a pressed carrot ginger juice. I also got a small cup of the soup. The mix of salads was a great choice to try a bit of everything if you can't pick. Each one has its own flavor and it's nice getting to try the fresh greens, the heavier pasta salad, the earthy beets, and the refreshing citrus in another one. The rice ball was very filling and was so flavorful with everything that is mixed in it. They even put a dolup of some hummus with it that gave it something extra. I highly recommend getting that as a meal or if you need a really big snack. The soup was good, but I thought it could use a little more herbs or spices to really bring out the flavor of all the veggies that were mixed in. Nothing about the soup really stood out, but it did taste good, was filling, and felt healthy. I love that this place exists and is so close to the hotels. If you are in Cairns and looking for healthy vegan food this is the spot to go. Everything was so fresh, the couple who run this place are so friendly, and there was a lot of seating to eat in (or you can also get take away). I will definitely be coming back here my entire stay in Cairns. I'm going to miss this place when I am on the live aboard boat doing my scuba diving. Woo! What a surprise! The food is amazing here. I ordered the large size plates and have all the hot food options and with a salad. The food is healthy and delicious! Staffs are nice and helpful, even decorated the plate when I eat there, thank you so much! Will definitely come back again!

My Dad recommended Snoogies after he became a regular here on his week off in Cairns. Very cutesy cafe down an arcade run by friendly down to earth locals. Good quality food, great taste, generous portions, excellent value for money and lovely service. The large juice is turbo charged in size... And if you're keen , you can also sign up for some yoga classes off of one of the owners.

This is an absolutely fantastic joint with delicious food and extremely friendly owners and staff! We were only in Cairns for three days but we just had to eat at Snoogies twice during that time. We tried a bit of everything, but some of the things that stood out to us included the pumpkin curry, the smooth operator smoothie, and wheat grass shots. Everything was quite flavorful and filled with healthy, fresh veggies - you really can’t go wrong here. We also thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the bar and chatting with Norrie and Aaron - they were delightful! We got a lot of tips from them on where to find the best birds in the area 👌🦜🦩

We were struggling to find a mid-afternoon lunch option before stumbling upon Snoogies. As everything had been cleared and the staff were cleaning/closing up, we were sceptical of having any luck but asked nonetheless. To our surprise, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, offering the meals they still had on-hand, namely a selection of wraps and two large containers of assorted salads. Smoothies were also offered as they were quick and easy to prepare. We settled on a Veggie Burger Wrap, both the large salads, and a Cairns Fantasy smoothie for my wife. We grabbed a table and immediately had the salads, which were delicious. They were an assortment of 5 or 6 different options and every one was great; fresh, extremely healthy, and offering a huge variety of textures and tastes. They were both filling and delicious. My wife also really enjoyed her smoothie. As for the wrap, it's still in the fridge but I have no doubt it too will be a winner. It was a stroke of good luck that we found Snoogies, tucked away in an arcade in an unfamiliar city. But, I'm really glad we did! The service and food were wonderful, and we would happily return.
