First time Hello Harry. I’m glad I did! I tried the USA burger, yum, smash beef patty great and the bacon thick and tender, their fries were the best, the staff were friendly and we did not have a long wait for our meal. We will return.

I’ve been to Hello Harry many times and every time I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the food (best burgers I’ve ever had) and the lovely service of the staff. Working in hospitality myself, I know how stressful and difficult busy nights can become, however even on the busiest night I have never seen a staff member without a smile on their face. They were also very accommodating to my dad who has a dairy allergy. This time I got a bacon&avo burger and added beetroot and pineapple, which the staff were happy to do, and I loved it!! All the burgers are extremely well priced as well. I highly recommend Hello Harry!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for some lunch and I’m glad we did. The vegan burger was so good. It was well seasoned and a good size burger. The fries were very good too! My husband and daughter enjoyed the regular cheeseburger too.

We are new in Cairns and ate beef burgers at some places at the Esplanade. We found Hello Harry and surprised with the affordable price for such a delicious burger. Not even the burger, the milkshake and soda are also affordable compare to other places. The place is nice with lovely view of the sea at the front. I accidently left my burger at the table without supervision, and a bird was trying to steal it. The Manager kindly replaced my burger for a new one for hygienic reason, though it's my fault. I'm impressed with the excellent service.

Please order the onion rings. The batter is really crispy and the onion inside is soft and juicy. While it’s a very decent smash burger, the meat feels drier than others I’ve tried. Staff are helpful and service is quick enough, depending on the amount of patrons in the restaurant at the time. Lovely place to sit near the water’s edge for a meal.
