Everything we had was delicious, coffee was amazing and itโs great outlook. Dishes are named in the photos. Make sure you take bug spray as we did get attacked t sand flyโs.
The coffee is delicious, and a big thank you to Ernestine for her friendly welcome and service. She kindly arranged with the chef for me to order the Pina Colada Waffles even though breakfast time was over. I don't regret my choice because it was simply amazing and delicious at the same time ! I haven't had such a wonderful combination of flavors since a long time ! Thank you to the team.
I have been here on two occasions. The first time, two people served me. The guy sat me down and gave me a menu and water, but no cups. Then, an English girl came over. I asked her for a dish recommendation between the "tropic paradise with scallops" and the "crab omelette," and she recommended the imported dish. I went with that. It was super nice. The omelette was a little runny inside, though, and the crab didn't have too much flavor. I went back two days later. The guy was my waiter again. My friend ordered her dish, then my second friend ordered. Halfway through her order, she didnโt quite understand something. When she asked the waiter, he responded with something like, "Should I go and come back?" I told him no and explained that she could also have avocado on the side. This really ruined our mood and made me feel rushed and unwelcome. I donโt think I will go back there again. The avocado was way overripe; it had an overripe or open-for-too-long taste and wasnโt really that nice. The scallops were raw in the middle. Waiters really need to be more polite to customers. If they donโt understand the dish, they should explain it a bit better. I have a massive following on Google and have never had this kind of treatment before. I watched the waiter, and he was like that with a few other tables! My profile has over 40 million views
Very helpful and friendly staff. The vibe and the view are both amazing! Breakfast was delicious. It would be even better if the menu included photos of the dishes โ the descriptions sound beautiful, but I had to look through reviews and photos from other guests to figure out which dish was which.
Tucked away near the Esplanade and right next to the spinal clinic, this cafรฉ turned out to be an absolute gem. I stopped in hoping for a good coffee and a quiet spot to get some work done and ended up having one of the best cafรฉ experiences I've had in Cairns. The staff were *incredibly* friendly! genuinely warm and welcoming in a way that didnโt feel forced. They were more than happy to let me set up with my laptop, and the atmosphere was relaxed but upbeat. Exactly what you want when youโre trying to be productive without feeling rushed. The latte was smooth and beautifully made, clearly crafted with care. But the real standout came later: the eggs benedict. Visually stunning and absolutely bursting with flavour. Perfectly poached eggs, a generous swirl of silky hollandaise, and everything plated like it was ready for a magazine cover. Whether youโre looking for a quick coffee, a casual work spot, or a top-tier brunch, this place delivers.
