Got here on my last day of Tassie with my partner for a simple light brekky before we headed out. This place, however, stunned us. Got the hot chocolate and it GENUINELY tasted like how that platter in Lasse Hallström's Chocolat looked as a kid. Decadent. No notes. THEN. We got an Eggs Benny to share, and the combination of bread, bacon, leaf and benny tasted like fireworks and a first kiss. I am unapologetically breathtaken and am so disappointed we leave tonight. Thankyou to the lovely woman with the broom earrings, she was friendly and bubbly, and the whole place was delightful. 10/10 recommend.

I went to Great Scot Cafe for brunch this morning and it was absolutely amazing. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour definitely one of the best brunches I’ve had in Launceston. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is cosy yet vibrant, perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a relaxed meal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon highly recommend to anyone looking for a great brunch spot!❤️
