Very helpful and informative. Had to buy cakes for a surprise party for my wife. She loved both

Purchased 8 items and a pie. Pie filling and top pastry nice, shell fair. The puff part in the chocolate croissant has a normal appearance but the texture inside tasted like wet raw pastry that was rubbery in texture. The spinach cheese pastry and blueberry Danish were identical. I was unable to swallow any of those. The passionfruit sponge(recommended) was nice, it had an airy texture and was filled with fresh cream. The chocolate cannoli pastry was about 6mm in thickness with no crunch texture( not recommended). Macadaemia slice(reasonable) was a caramel slice bottom dotted with Macadaemias halves. Chocolate mud cupcake was nice too. Would recommend their cakes and maybe their pies. Would not recommend any of their Danish croissant/pastries though. Did not try the bread as it is made interstate and sold frozen. They have plenty of frozen sweet/savoury pies, slides, breads, dumplings to choose from. Parking in the area can be challenging. This store is probably great if you live nearby but probably isn't worth travelling a distance to.

Absolutely cannot fault this bakery/cafe. As someone from out of town I was so excited to see so many GF treats I haven’t had in years. The caramel round eclair was INCREDIBLE! Also tried a pie, sausage roll, chocolate croissant, peanut butter cannoli & a white choc wagon wheel. Wagon wheel was a little plain but everything else was outstanding. I am a little sad as I planned on visiting Sunday before we left but didn’t realise they were closed Sunday. (My fault!) I will without a doubt be back next time I find myself in the Newcastle area.

While on a short weekend getaway, we went to this little place for a bite to eat. Its like Heaven. So many choices. I had the CHicken mornay pie and have to say it is one of the best GF pies ive had since ive been GF. I bought a white choc wagon wheel to take away and a peppermint slice and both were scrumptious later with a cuppa. Highly recommend.

I had the Apple turnover and it was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try more of their treats. I have also had the pumpkin, leek and feta quiche. Really yummy
