One of the best cafes in the Inner West, whether you're vegan or not! I have been going to Comeco for years and always enjoy their sushi, doughnuts and specialty drinks. I recently went for dinner to celebrate my best friend's birthday and was not disappointed - their tofu katsu was hearty and nourishing and the sushi gozen plate offered great variety with impressive flavours. The staff are attentive and sweet - you can really feel the care they invest into all of the dishes they make! And to make the meal extra special, they gave us a complimentary brownie to celebrate the occasion. I couldn't recommend Comeco more highly.

Super delicious, healthy and varied flavours of vegetarian Japanese food offered here. I had the onigiri lunch plate and it did not disappoint. The price of both the lunch offerings and doughnuts is quite high, but when the ingredients and cooking craft is this good, it’s understandable why! Will be back ☺️ おいしかった、ありがとう^_^

It is a nice cafe with vegan food. The staff are friendly. There are not many meal choices on the menu, however they do offer a large range of donuts. The Warabi mochi are well made.

So amazing! The food is delicious and made right to order. The staff are sooooo kind! I just moved to Sydney and the waitress talked to me for a while and told me about all of the vegan places in the area. It was great to get to know her a little and hear about her life in Japan and how they make their food! Amazing atmosphere and kind people making great dishes :)

I could not overstate how lovely this place is - the most authentic veg Japanese I have had outside of Japan, every single dish is a treat! They have balanced their flavours, our favourites were the katsu curry, and the red miso & tempura onigiri plate. The drinks are also amazing, with lovely organic genmaicha and matcha powder which they also sell. Staff were LOVELY, I could not recommend coming here more.
