A lovely place. Truly. Located in the part of town in which the other half live. Beautiful - lovely colonial houses, a cosy cafe, gardens everywhere. The water comes tepid. The staff were great. The coffee was good. My potato hash? It sounded so beautiful and tasted such. But it was texturally strange; delicious though. I was conflicted as to whether I wanted it in my mouth when it was in my mouth. Among good company it made for a great morning. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Elegant people came and went, and my friend threw up on a nearby garden on our way in, then ordered a hot chocolate. People are fascinating.

I went to Burrow on Saturday - I go pretty regularly to Burrow as the food and coffee are just so consistently great! Especially the food, the ruby will never disappoint me. On saturday i was looked after by Josh and he was an absolute legend - so lovely and conversational. I also saw him treat other customers similarly. First time taking my dog, Addi there and the process was great plus they have a water bowl that they make sure is full. Definitely pop this one on your saturday morning plans before heading to the farmers markets. Can't fault these guys. Only thing to be conscious of is the delicious cherry tomatos will leave lovely red marks on your white shirt if you’re not careful when cutting them open 🤣

Stumbled upon the Charming Burrow Cafe while strolling the wood-fire scented streets of Toowoomba on a chilly August morning, and it was love at first sight! The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional coffee were all great, but what truly made my experience stand out was the outstanding service. Quirky, rustic, country style Cafe. Food and coffee is really good. They cater for several dietary needs. Delivery was fast and efficient. Mainstream menu with fresh fusion options thrown in. Staff is friendly although they failed to understand my seating needs. The Cafe is nicely kept and clean. Toilet is spacious & very clean. Access🚫👩🏻‍🦽not very accessible, everything from the uneven footpath outside the cafe, inaccessible door, high bar style seating at some tables, crowded seating inside and back stairs with seating at the top that is completely inaccessible. ⚠️😎🎧Neurodiverse, I was seated opposite the counter on a busy day near the entrance. Too much traffic and noisy so I struggled to enjoy the experience. The person who seated me did not effectively listen to my needs as an Autistic woman. I used audio isolators but felt anxious the whole time.
