As someone who lives a Keto lifestyle, I do struggle to find places that cater too this let alone actually offer Keto meals. When I passed through Ballarat this week for work, I found this absolute gem of a cafe with great food and coffee. Owner was very helpful and talkative. Loved my breakfast! Thank you. Will definately be back!

My favourite cafe that I always stops by after dropping kids off at school. Fabulous coffee , quality homemade food that you can’t find in franchises . Owner is a down-to-earth person, make yourself at home.

I heard good reviews about this place so decided to give it a go. Coffee is fantastic however i found the owner to be very rude. She was very friendly and talkative to the person in front of me however as soon as they walked out she was cold and dismissive with the way she handled my order. Customer service skills definitely need some improvement.

Absolutely loved it, had the eggs Benny with beetroot and it was delicious! Also loved all the gluten free options. The coffee was so good. And the staff are super friendly and accommodating to dietary needs 😊 will definitely be a go to spot

Great service and information around Keto. I love that this is a safe place for disadvantaged youth who can get a something to eat at affordable prices. Beautiful way to support the community
