Went to Betty’s Burgers Surfers Paradise with Dareen and had such a good experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right near the beach, and the vibe inside is lively but still relaxed. Even though it was busy, the service was friendly and efficient, and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The burgers were absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, soft buns, and juicy patties cooked perfectly. The flavour combinations were spot on, and everything tasted really fresh. The chips were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. We also grabbed shakes, which were thick, creamy, and a perfect addition to the meal. Overall, it was such a fun and enjoyable meal out. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better company with Dareen. Betty’s Burgers Surfers is definitely a go-to spot for a casual meal, and I’d happily come back again. 🍔🍟

Dareen was absolutely amazing and made our experience at Betty’s Burgers even better than expected. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well looked after right away. She took the time to explain the menu clearly, gave great recommendations, and was very patient with our questions, which really showed how knowledgeable and confident she is in her role. Throughout our meal, Dareen checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect, without ever being intrusive, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out and made our visit memorable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and she is a real asset to the Betty’s Burgers team.

The food was phenomenal, I was sad the spicy chicken burger wasn’t spicy… but this was made so much better when Jayden from the team dried my tears whilst telling me soothing stories about Koalas eating incredibly spicy chicken burgers just like how I dreamt they’d be at Bettys

We stopped by Betty’s Burgers in Surfers and ordered the Shroom Burger and Classic Vegan Burger, with a side of chips and a chocolate thick shake. Both burgers were incredibly fresh and packed with flavour — the shroom patty was juicy and rich, while the vegan one had that perfect balance of texture and taste. The buns were so soft and fresh, and the fries were crispy right to the last bite. Loved how clean and vibrant the place felt, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The thick shake was a highlight too — creamy, chocolatey, and exactly what you want after a beach walk. Definitely not the cheapest spot, but the quality and atmosphere made it totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone craving a great burger experience by the beach 🍔🌊

The chicken crispy strips were oily. You get 5 for just under $10. The large chips were a decent size, but over priced. I bought a sauce for the chips. Nd a sauce for the strips. They are $2 each. The drink is post mix and quite expensive for a large. The burger tasted ok. But when you picked it up, it slid straight out of the bun. So I had to reconstruct the burger. It’s just an average size burger in a brioche style bun. I paid over $39 for burger, chips, drink and crispy strips. There is no value for money. Especially when there is so many other food option so close by. As l came after lunch, I was here during school holidays. And uni games. There were plenty of people up the road in Cavill Ave. Maybe if they think about restructuring their pricing, they may get more customers. They do cook the food fresh, so there is a bit of a wait.
