We had Diella as our server. We have seen her at 2 stores now always happy and helpful. Burgers are solid and so are the side. Good example of an American smash burger and consistently tasty. Empty plates!

Quick lunch stop. Restaurant was clean, spacious and bright. Good service with an order of fries, Betty’s double burger and a vanilla thick shake. All super tasty with the burger as a standout , I love the crunchy edges of a well cooked patty that is still moist inside. Well done.

The service was terrible and the food was all wet and soggy. I'm surprised this restraunt still exists with how bad everything is. The table and chairs have leftover rubbish all over them. You can barely hear anything with the annoying music consistently playing. I ordered a burger and the burger was extremely soggy. The chips felt plain. I would rather just go to McDonald's.

We came here on a Tuesday for lunch. Close to $30 a head for a burger and drink. Thumbs down for the milkshakes, the bottom half of burger buns were soggy by the time we collected them from the service counter. I had beetroot on my burger and it didn’t taste quite right. While the decor and venue looked really cool and was moderately clean, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the service was average.
